Our client is a well established name in the region and this is an opportunity to join the team as an influential Store Foreman here in Whanganui.
Key Responsibilities:
- On the tools & leadership role
- Oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage workflow and allocate tasks to meet deadlines
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Complete any relevant paperwork
The Experience Needed:
- 5+ years of experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or similar trade)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
