Te tūranga | The role:

As a Personal Banking Consultant your role will be to exceed the expectations of your Customers through personalised financial analysis and real value add interactions. You will be given the tools to educate customers on various banking solutions and options, resulting in convenient and innovative product and service recommendations.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week on a flexible roster, including weekends.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has current home lending experience, or has a passion for delivering financial satisfaction to their Customers, who thrives on building relationships, is digitally savvy and able think on their feet. You will be passionate about delivering unbeatable customer outcomes, be able to build credibility with your customer service team and be pro-active and confident in your ability to manage your day.
