Job Description
- Craving a role with loads of people contact?
- Able to multi-task?
- Supportive team environment
- Stable company
We all crave a job where we feel our work matters and that we are making a difference. It helps to be part of a great team, friendly, supportive... all the good qualities that make you feel valued and as part of an organisation that is going somewhere...
That's how we would describe our team here at St Marks Breast Centre. Based in Remuera, we are New Zealand's market leader in breast medicine and we strive to deliver an excellent individual service, making a difference in our client's lives.
We have an opportunity to join our team and be the face of our practice, in a permanent part-time capacity 16 - 20 hours a week, to be worked on Tuesday and Wednesday, and one other half day of each week. There is the requirement for flexibility to work additional hours as needed by mutual agreement. This is an ideal role for a polished and professional individual - someone who has a positive, can-do personality and is adept at juggling multiple tasks at once in a fast paced environment.
First and foremost, you must be a genuine people-person as there is a high focus on client interaction. You are empathetic, calm under pressure and are happy to support your colleagues and our specialist team with anything that may be needed. You understand the demands of answering a busy phone while greeting someone at the front desk and being able to do it all with a smile!
We are looking for someone with:
- Exemplary customer service skills. You will take pride in your ability to deal with clients in a clear and empathetic way.
- Enthusiasm and confidence, with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and experience with Medical Software, particularly Profile software, (however Profile training will be provided).
- Efficient time management and punctuality.
- A healthy ‘can do’ attitude who enjoys being part of a team.
So join our team and love what you do every day.
