Downer Network Services work with some of New Zealand’s largest asset owners and energy providers to maintain their critical networks and assets across the country. About the role
In this active role you will carry our gas survey work including gas meter and service surveys, and gas network surveys - taking readings and investigating leaks as required.
You will need to be physically fit and hold a full clean class 1 driver’s licence.
Work away from base, across the central and lower North Island will be required for up to one week at a time, on a rostered basis.
Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
- A clean full driver’s licence is essential and ideally ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Computer literacy essential
- Previous experience in the Gas industry, or relevant certifications preferred, however training can be provided
- Strong commitment to Health and Safety
- Ability to follow instructions and have great time keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
