About the Role

Working in both the fleet management and distribution parts of our business, you will often be working alongside the team in the depot or on the road to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our service standards. You will ensure that training and adherence to SOPs are core to the way we conduct business and are underpinned by a focus on health and safety.

This position is based at our Nelson branch, working Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:45pm.

About You

Experience in the courier or transport industry is highly desirable, but not essential. Of more importance is your ability to learn quickly, multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in some or all of the following areas or similar roles in a comparable service industry.

  • Operations and/or Fleet management
  • Health and Safety
  • KPI management and improvement


The ideal appointee will be a strong communicator and display energy, drive and enthusiasm. Having a can-do attitude and plenty of initiative will be core attributes of the successful candidate.
