Due to record new car sales we are seeking to employ a highly-motivated Sales Specialist to join our Palmerston North operation.

We are looking for an individual with a proven Success in vehicle Sales with Automotive knowledge, passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, and the ability to maximise every sales opportunity. As this is a customer-facing role, weekend availability will be required as we operate 6 days a week.

Attributes for the successful applicant will be:

• A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets
• Prospecting past and future clients from our database
• 1-2 years+ of experience in Sales (automotive industry experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A commitment to exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and excellent computer literacy
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A clean, full driver's licence

This top tier remunerated sales position will offer a retainer plus an excellent commission package plus use of a company vehicle.
