An opportunity has arisen to become part of the wonderful Otahuhu Community Library team as a Libraries and Council Service Assistant. This will be a permanent part-time position based at Ōtāhuhu library at 20 hours and can work across our Māngere – Ōtāhuhu local board. This role is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
You will be working within a library whānau that has a strong team culture, strong in Pasifika and tikanga Māori, a place where everyone can feel they belong. No two days are the same, you will greet and assist customers with a variety of queries from assisting customers to access library & council services, as well as supporting with the delivery of programmes and events, digital troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, and general computer queries.
