At Compass Group we have partnered with Air New Zealand as one team to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember. Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional Lounge Supervisor to join our team at Air NZ, Wellington Airport. This is a Permanent Part Time position rostered during the weekend.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

This key role within the lounge is responsible for;

  • Ensuring our food, beverage and customer service is outstanding for our valued customers.
  • This will be done by leading and participating in a team that goes above and beyond for our valued clientele
  • Ensuring we obtain the high levels of service standards expected at all times.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a born performer with impeccable customer skills and guest centric
  • Have experience with food preparation
  • Have a natural knack for leading a diverse team, and understanding labour budgets
  • Have proven experience within a 5-star/FOH environment and leading a team
  • Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, 'can do' attitude
