What you’ll be doing:
- Lead your kitchen section with confidence, ensuring dishes meet our high standards.
- Bring fresh ideas and creativity to menu development.
- Maintain top-tier quality, presentation, and efficiency during service.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
- Support and mentoring junior chefs, fostering a collaborative team culture.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie.
- A passion for food, creativity in presentation, and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Availability for a variable roster, with evenings and weekends required.
