  • The Role
  • A multi-faceted project where your days will consist of analysing and interpreting the current systems and processes to help with streamlining, improving processes by spearheading and optimising while also keeping the BAU functioning.


Duties will consist of:

  • Documentation transferring tasks, from between the 2 teams
  • Assessment of current processes and systems
  • Analysis of patterns and delivery of the work
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Optimisation to ensure best solutions for the business
  • Process improvement recommendations


Skills and Experience
This project is not your typical one. It requires a professional with a good understanding and experience in process improvement – ideally within electronic documentation.

The ideal candidate will offer:

  • A curious, confident, common sense, pragmatic personal working style
  • Technically capable, excellent at picking up new systems and platforms
  • Operational focus and exposure to business processes in any industry
  • Happy doing the business improvement but also the BAU admin, which can be repetitive
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
