ABOUT THE ROLE: This role is an entry-level position to learn all aspects of property management.

Your key responsibilities, will be (and not limited):

  • Have a professional mindset
  • Growing portfolio
  • Assist Property Managers with managing Healthy Homes updates/and any new Legislation moving forward.
  • Administration & documentation skills to promptly resolve questions and requests from tenants and landlords.
  • Create and distribute marketing for the Property Management Team
  • Process applications, credit and reference check.
  • Conduct viewings and doing inspections to assess the condition of properties and report any problems or issues to property managers.
  • Managing rent arrears and ensuring timely rent collection from tenants.
  • Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties
  • Facilitating effective communication between tenants, landlords, and tradespeople.
  • Assisting with tribunal applications and hearings.
  • Assist in relief of property portfolio when Property Managers are on leave.
  • This a full-time role 8.30am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday. And roster work on Saturdays, as required.
  • You will be required to work from the company offices


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR: The successful candidate is to be a team player who is well-presented, pleasant, and well-mannered. You have to be focused, highly motivated, looking for growth, and want to be promoted in the company. You must be a self-starter and have great attention to detail. As one of the first points of contact for the business, you are to have good face-to-face interactions.

You will need to have:

  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A can-do attitude and proactive mindset to tackle challenges head on
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work
  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently and as part of the team
  • Be a natural problem solver and will enjoy achieving excellent outcomes for your client and the company
  • Bi or multilingual is preferred but not essential
  • A full and clean driver's license is essential
