What You'll Be Doing:

• Working across a variety of commercial projects, with some high-spec residential work
• Interpreting plans and executing precise, high-quality carpentry
• Collaborating with a skilled and supportive team
• Contributing to project timelines and high standards of finish
• Leading or mentoring apprentices if experienced in site supervision

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 4 Certificate in Carpentry
• Solid experience in commercial construction
• Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Your own reliable set of carpentry tools
• A positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality
• Leadership or mentoring experience (a bonus but not essential)

What’s On Offer:

• $30 – $40 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends
