Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be joining an experienced, outgoing, and hardworking Finance Team. We are keen to have you join to ensure our supplier invoices are processed and paid on time and to support suppliers and internal staff to resolve any issues. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a large finance team and develop your career and knowledge.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Process outgoing payments accurately.
  • Reconcile the bank statements for all daily accounts payable transactions
  • Review and clear the AP ledger of all unsettled payments
  • Complete key supplier statement reconciliations each month
  • Review and follow up PO report on aged open PO's
  • Resolve business and supplier queries in line
  • Resolve Purchase Order invoice processing and matching issues
  • Support business queries relating to raising and receipting Purchase Orders


About you

You will have experience in an automated high-volume purchase order invoice processing environment and a solid understanding of month end completion and basic account concepts. You have experience and enjoy reviewing and identifying improvements on financial systems and processes. If you have working knowledge of FinOps (Microsoft D365) we would love to hear from you.
