Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the Role

  • Proactively monitor and maintain application performance to ensure seamless operation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
  • Desirable (eager to learn if lacking experience): Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address bugs and implement system updates.
  • Provide comprehensive support to end-users while ensuring system stability.
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
  • A positive attitude, with a genuine passion for learning and growth, is a must.

  • Desirable (eager to learn if lacking experience):
  • A solid understanding of SQL queries and database management.
  • Proficiency in report design (SSRS), including layout, data visualization, and formatting.
  • Basic programming knowledge, especially scripting languages like Python, for automation tasks.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during data conversion and integration processes.
  • Expertise in identifying and resolving challenges in report design and deployment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with system monitoring tools to maintain system uptime and stability.
