Your Role:
We're on the lookout for a warm-hearted, enthusiastic team member to join our amazing centre whānau! This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week) where you'll play a key role in helping our tamariki discover the magic of learning every single day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing nurturing care and high-quality education that celebrates each child’s unique potential
- Designing exciting, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and creativity
- Supporting your team during breaks and daily operations to keep our centre running smoothly
- Contributing to a positive, vibrant team culture that feels like home
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children under five (ECE qualification not essential—we care about your heart and passion)
- A love for learning and a deep belief in the magic of early childhood education
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a readiness to pitch in wherever needed
- A desire to grow, develop, and thrive in a caring, values-driven environment
