Job Description
BestStart Pleasant Point – Aroha, A Place to Love - Where our tamariki not only feel loved but love coming too.
Situated in a delightful rural township, BestStart Pleasant Point offers a warm, welcoming environment where children thrive. Our centre has three spacious rooms and large outdoor play areas, providing plenty of space to run, dance, and climb. To laugh, hug, and care. To create, explore, and develop a love for learning.
Pepe at Play – Our Under-2s Nursery
Our nursery, ‘Pepe at Play’, reflects our commitment to providing a caring and responsive environment where infants feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves. Through play, laughter, and respectful relationships, our dedicated teachers create a space where each child’s voice is heard, their needs are met, and their confidence flourishes.
We embrace our rural setting and treasure the farming knowledge our tamariki bring to our learning. Tractors, trucks, diggers, and farm animals are much-loved resources in our classrooms and playgrounds, and we always enjoy visits from family pets and other animals from home.
