The Company

The Role
- Meeting with clients to discuss subdivision viability and design
- Collaborate in the design of the subdivision scheme plans
- Council pre-application meetings or hearings
- Preparation of Resource Consent applications for a range of purposes such as subdivision, land use consent and environmental consents
- Manage applications through Council, including all correspondence, meetings and engagement of other required specialists
About You
- NZ qualification with NZPI membership seeking broad experience with aspiration for career and personal development
- 10 yrs NZ with exposure to Client facing/leadership
