The business was formed in 2016 by a team of Directors who came from a larger consultancy to set up a new company with a focus on utilising their many years of local experience to provide professional, reliable, and quality land development and civil engineering services across Wellington and the wider lower North Island.

Over the years the company has grown from its initial inception to the talented team that it has today.

The Role

• Meeting with clients to discuss subdivision viability and design
• Collaborate in the design of the subdivision scheme plans
• Council pre-application meetings or hearings
• Preparation of Resource Consent applications for a range of purposes such as subdivision, land use consent and environmental consents
• Manage applications through Council, including all correspondence, meetings and engagement of other required specialists

About You

• NZ qualification with NZPI membership seeking broad experience with aspiration for career and personal development
• 10 yrs NZ with exposure to Client facing/leadership
