This is a full-time IT Helpdesk position, working Monday-Friday. This is an entry level role where you will be provided excellent training and all the tools required for the job.

You will take calls from business and residential customers all over New Zealand, you and the team will be on hand to provide top level trouble-shooting advice.

The environment, culture and office is fantastic and the direct team you will be working with has a work hard, fun, supportive approach to each other.

The Ideal Person

The right person for this role and team will have:

• Strong customer service skills, previous call centre experience
• Someone who is not scared to pick up the phone - you'll be taught all about the technology
• An excellent phone manner and can do attitude
• An eagerness to learn and prove themselves in this large IT environment
• Good banter and enjoy a laugh
