As a Corporate Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a dynamic and complex portfolio of tier one customers. You will be responsible for providing a seamless customer experience, ensuring you deeply understand their industry and financial needs to deliver tailored banking and financial solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

You will leverage your existing commercial and finance expertise, along with your strong networks and connections to expand our market presence. You will ensure you operate in accordance with compliance, AML and CCCFA regulations so a strong understanding of these policies is a must.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to provide personalised banking solutions.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice.


Na tōu rourou | What will you bring?

  • Strong understanding of the corporate business sector (including financial products and services) with 7+ years’ experience as a Relationship Banker/Manager or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with managing and growing commercial or corporate customer portfolios.
  • Strong ability to analyse complex financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and structure financial transactions to make informed recommendations.
  • Experienced in cashflow and leverage finance.
  • Sound knowledge of product and pricing, compliance, and credit risk processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly developed business insight and acumen, effectively acting on and communicating your knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of AML, CFT, and CCCFA regulations.
  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior exposure/market links in the Professional Services sectors will be considered an advantage.
