Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Customer Care Operations team here at Westpac. As the Operations Delivery Manager you will be in a hands-on and high-profile position, owning and driving priority initiatives and managing successful implementation across the business unit.

This role requires a self-starter who can quickly pick up and lead complex tasks, someone who has proven experience in process improvement, change management and is proactive and hands on in delivering and embedding process uplift and innovative solutions for customers.

Ōu Pūkenga | About You

Strong project management skills and experience
Proven experience in translating, analysing and reporting on data
Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence mindset and experience, lean training advantageous
Advanced user of analytical tools in Excel
High quality presentation skills and speed: PowerPoint critical and other tools advantageous
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Banking knowledge advantageous
Good risk, compliance and business acumen
Excellent stakeholder management
