The Company
My client is a successful multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the Auckland CBD. They provide a range of services across planning, engineering, architecture, environmental engineering and project management.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Intermediate Planner to join their business. The company prides itself on a family like environment with employee well-being at its core. The Role

  • Work on a wide variety of interesting and diverse projects including small to large scale infrastructure projects, resource management, industrial development and more.
  • Provide expertise on complex planning and resource management issues for a broad range of clients and industry.
  • Preparation of Resource Consents applications for Council, across a range of different land use and subdivision activities.
  • Support to senior staff when preparing complex consent applications and submissions.
  • Preparation of development potential, feasibility studies and due diligence assessments.


About You

  • 2 years + New Zealand experience
  • NZPI Membership or working towards
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Planning, Resource Management or similar
  • Good report wiring skills
  • Knowledge and experience in relevant legislation
  • Good communications skills and a positive attitude
