Job Description

Ko tā mātou mahi | Our Role

With your finger on the pulse, you’ll be making connections right across the business working in a dynamic ever-changing environment. You’ll need to;

  • Provide a range of organisational and administrative support to the General Manager and support the wider leadership team.
  • Be effective with diary management and meeting co-ordination.
  • Provide a high level of attention to detail and be proficient in bringing structure to the GM and leadership team.
  • Manage conferences, team events and celebrations continuing the culture of celebrating wins.
  • Build relationships with other functional EA/PA’s as to ensure communication is always open between the teams.


Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu | What You Will Bring

As this is a key role and expects high quality and timely support to the business and General Manager, the ideal candidate will already have the following skillset.

  • Demonstrated experience as a personal assistant at a senior management level.
  • Strong administration skills, including the use of standard Microsoft Office programs.
  • Always be two steps ahead - excellent time management with the ability to be proactive and prioritise appropriately.
  • Confident in problem solving and making decisions with a diplomatic approach and an intuitive sense of judgement.
  • Naturally have a positive, can-do attitude who can build rapport with people at all levels of the business.
