Job Description

Bayleys' is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team in our Kerikeri, Northland office. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and sales support to our real estate agents, ensuring they can focus on delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, focused on supporting our agents to present property for sale to the market
  • Assist with the processing of property documentation
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our agents documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support the coordination of marketing and advertising activities for properties, including preparing property peports, and submission documents
  • Managing accurate data across our Bayleys platforms
  • Front of house reception duties, providing a friendly and welcoming presence
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team through continuous process improvement


What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude, with a demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
