They are seeking a dynamic Operations Accountant to join on a contract basis to provide key insights into their on-premises facility. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will work closely with an impressive General Manager and executives to drive financial success and provide critical insights into decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts with focus on cost and operational efficiency.
• Costing and margin analysis and overhead recoveries
• Cashflow forecasting
• Labor analysis
• Complex variance analysis
• Develop, manage, and refine financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management and operations teams.

Your profile:
My client is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Accountant who can come in and hit the ground running. You will have the following attributes:

• Hungry to understand the key drivers of the business and recommend solutions
• The ability to work autonomously
• Experience working with large data sets – Excellent MS Excel skills are a must
• Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt. experience
• An ability to pivot fast in a dynamic environment
• Someone happy to roll up the sleeves and muck in.
