Job Description

Our client is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst Manager to join their team in Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and leadership of a team of Business Analysts. In this role, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders, operational and executive management, as well as external business partners, to create conditions for successful project delivery. This role is pivotal in developing and sustaining a high-performance culture within the organisation and Business Analyst team.

What you'll do:

As a Transformation Business Analyst Manager, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, develop and guide a team of talented Business Analysts. You will foster a vibrant and high-performance culture within the organisation, encouraging innovation and learning from failure. Your role will involve close collaboration with Transformation Delivery Leads to understand and forecast capability requirements. You will also take ownership of advancing our internal Business Analysis processes and practices to ensure they are fit for purpose for large scale complex transformational change.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Transformation Business Analyst Manager role will bring a strong technical business analysis background along with extensive experience in project delivery. You should have sound knowledge of various delivery methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, BA BOK. Your leadership style should be effective, empathetic and inclusive. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role as you'll need to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. You should be able to drive motivation for yourself and those around you.
