EBUILD is a Wellington based construction company Est.1997.
We work on a variety of building projects – mainly residential.

I could go on about us but the key information we need to get across is what we need from you -

• need to be an experienced Foreman/Qualified LPB Builder with his own tools that can run a small team, sub trades and deal our office based support.
• must be honest, reliable and have a strong work ethic and communication skills.
• will require you to have a strong background in residential building and renovations.
• must be extremely adaptable to different work environments, we specialize in Renovations and Bespoke type projects with the occasional New Build.
• must have the ability to produce quality work with great finishing skills.
• must be confident with reading plans, think on your feet.
• must have a vested interest at heart and also keep the team moving.
• you must have the right to work in NZ. If you don't please do not apply.

The successful candidate will need to be able to have:

• Proven Site management experience
• Run a site efficiently and keep projects on time and on budget.
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily reports and progress updates
• Strong work ethic
• Deliver a high standard of work
• Implement and uphold health and safety policies on-site
• Able to manage other staff, trades and clients (mentor and support other staff)
• Great communication and organization skills
• Be able to confidently read plans and make accurate decisions
• Must be able to take the job serious but also have a good sense of humor (positive work culture)
• LBP would be beneficial

Have a current drivers license.

Options for work vehicle; to be discussed at time of interviews and overall renumeration package.

You will be supported by the Construction Manager and Office based support network.
