Job Description

Are you a proactive individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Our client is seeking a dynamic Corporate Receptionist to start immediately and join the team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work Monday to Friday from 10 am until 2:00 pm, until mid-August.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the welcoming face of the company, creating a positive first impression
  • Assist the Office Manager in daily operations to ensure a seamless office environment
  • Take initiative and handle tasks independently, no micromanagement needed


What we're looking for:

  • Previous reception experience
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a busy office setting and can handle multiple tasks


The successful person will be required to obtain a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check and all applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
