Our client is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their team in Auckland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide value-add commercial solutions to the Sales and Marketing teams. You will be instrumental in supporting commercial decision-making, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and board reporting. This role is perfect for someone with FMCG experience and a knack for data handling and modelling.
What you'll do:
As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial solutions that add value to wider teams. Your responsibilities will include developing gross margin tools, NPD, monthly product profitability reports, and volume, price, mix reporting. You will also offer pricing support for deal calculators. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of management reporting for budgeting presentations and board reporting. Y
- Develop Gross Margin Tools to support Commercial Decision Making
- Develop NPD Gate documents
- Produce Monthly Product Profitability Reporting
- Provide Pricing support for deal calculators
- Assist in the development of Management Reporting for Budgeting Presentations
- Contribute to the development of Board Reporting
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Commercial Analyst position brings a strong ability to handle data and perform modelling. A qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Essential to this role is your experience within the FMCG sector along with your business partner/analysis experience. Your ability to work collaboratively with various teams while maintaining a focus on delivering results will set you apart.
