Business Credit Controller
Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu
You are a driven individual with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow with have 5+ years of experience in credit control, collections, and reconciliations. You'll also be a keen investigator with dispute resolution skills.
You'll bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively. You'll thrive on solving problems, working independently, and continuously looking for ways to improve how we do things.
How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira
- Manage collections, debt risk, and reconciliation of assigned accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers and Account Managers.
- Facilitate dispute resolutions and handle high-risk accounts.
- Monitor and manage credit checks, ticket queue, and phone calls.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
- Proactively seek improvements with a positive and enthusiastic approach
