What you'll do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Bring your flair for cocktails and beverage knowledge to the forefront, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
- Lead and develop a passionate team, inspiring the next generation of hospitality professionals.
- Assist with conferencing and events, adding an exciting variety to your role.
- Manage stock control, orders, and reporting to maintain seamless operations.
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous Restaurant Manager experience in a hotel restaurant or hospitality setting.
- A Current GM License and LCQ Certificate (or the ability to attain one).
- A well-presented, confident, and internationally minded professional.
- Flexibility to work shifts between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including weekends and some public holidays.
