About the opportunity | Te whai waahi

A newly created opportunity for a Business Delivery Lead – GSC, you will lead process, information management, and digital transformation initiatives with a focus on IT systems and automation. You’ll drive improvements and streamline operations, ensuring projects are aligned and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the enhancement pipeline, focusing on IT systems, automation, and digital integrations.
Develop performance frameworks to ensure technology-driven solutions are effective and aligned with business needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities for process automation and enhance digital capabilities across GSC.
Track and report project progress, benefits, and costs to key stakeholders.

You’re a strategic leader with a passion for IT systems, automation, and process improvement. Analytical and innovative, you excel at translating data and systems into actionable solutions and driving alignment across teams.

Experience managing IT projects and process automation.
Strong technical expertise in digital tools and system integrations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proactive problem solver with a focus on impactful solutions.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
