Te Tūranga – About the role    
As a Supply Chain Customer Services Coordinator, you will be part of a skilled team in a future-focused Supply Chain environment, responsible for delivering a superior level of customer service.

What you’re responsible for:
- New Store openings: Coordinating Supply Chain activities for our members stores.
- New Wholesale Customer onboarding: Coordinating Supply Chain activities and collaborating with the Wholesale Supply Team to ensure we continue to remain compliant.
- Customer Experience: Always keep the customer’s experience front of mind, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Accurately log, track, and resolve queries within service level agreements (SLAs) using our CRM system.
- Data Entry & Claims processing: Process customer inquiries, including data entry, claims, and general portal queries.
- Problem-Solving: Evaluate data and claims details, taking necessary actions to resolve or escalate issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Primary Freight Vendors, Members, and Operational Teams to maintain strong business relationships.

He kōrero mōu - About you      
- At least 12 months’ experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Experience with CRM and Data Entry systems or similar.
- Proven ability in complaint and conflict resolution.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
