We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to be the initial point of contact for visitors and new building inquiries.

This role is designed to set you on a clear path towards a position as a Sales Executive, providing the opportunity to build a strong foundation and gain a deep understanding of Lockwood offerings. Clear career progression will be outlined with the expectation you would step into a sales role within six months.

As part of your training, you will be tasked to create positive and engaging experience for all customers as they embark on their home-building journey. This role is a critical first step in the new home sales process, building trust and understanding of our brand and products.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, engaging, and helpful service to customers.
• Capture and maintain customer data for our Customer Relationship Management system
• Maintain a high standard of presentation of the homes in our Rotorua Show Village
• Grow and develop your knowledge of the Lockwood product range and sales process.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven success in creating positive customer experiences
• Be a quick learner, eager to expand knowledge, and capable of grasping and understanding a diverse range information.
• Be approachable and confident interacting with visitors and Lockwood staff.
• Be authentic with the ability to relate to and interact with people from all backgrounds.
• Have great communication skills.
• Have excellent organisational skills.
• Be a reliable and responsible team member who is confident to work independently while working collaboratively in a team
• Have proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office 365 and using a CRM.

The role on offer is a full-time position which includes occasional weekend work. However, we are open to designing hours around your requirements.
