Due to a busy pipeline of work, they are now seeking a Building Services Manager to join the team on a newly awarded Wellington based project.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years proven experience in Building Services
• Experience working for a main contractor is preferred, however they will also consider candidates from a subcontractor background
• Site based role delivering the building services packages (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, communication)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Site based experience is essential
