As a Complex Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in managing billing, reporting, and reconciliation for some of our largest and most strategic customers. You will directly engage with customers, ensuring their billing needs are met while enhancing their overall experience. This role involves managing complex billing data, handling billing orders and requests, and ensuring invoicing and financial reporting align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms.



You will also drive continuous improvements in billing processes, optimising workflows, and delivering exceptional service to both customers and internal teams.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Enhance the Customer Billing Experience: Continuously improve and optimise billing processes and workflows to provide a seamless and efficient experience for customers.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring clear communication and proactive engagement.
  • Design and Deliver Billing Solutions: Take responsibility for creating and delivering both standard and bespoke billing and bill reporting solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide Ongoing Billing Support: Offer expert support to customers and internal teams, addressing any billing-related queries and ensuring smooth ongoing operations.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with team members and key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.
  • Ensure Timely Billing Completion: Prioritise and manage billing tasks, including processing orders and special requests, to meet established deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
