About the Role
We're looking for experienced Rope Access Technicians to take on diverse residential and commercial projects, providing top-quality exterior cleaning, repairs, and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cladding repairs and sealant treatments.
- Conduct exterior water blasting.
- Carry out window washing for residential and commercial properties.
- Execute industrial and commercial repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Undertake commercial painting projects.
- Handle inspection, maintenance, and cleaning duties.
Skills and Requirements
- A current Class 1 driver's license is essential.
- IRATA Level 2 or IRAANZ Level 3 certification.
- Working at Heights certification.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
