We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential carpentry, with a focus on high-end finishes.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in residential carpentry, specializing in high-end finishes.
Own transport and tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Expertise in custom joinery (e.g., dovetail, mortise and tenon)
Proficiency with premium materials and finishing techniques (e.g., lacquers, stains, sanding)
Attention to detail for flawless, high-quality craftsmanship
Ability to interpret complex design plans and collaborate with designers and clients
Strong knowledge of tools, both hand and power, for precision work
Experience in managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills for challenging tasks
Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and project management.
