Your Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Heart of the Action: Operate our high-tech production machinery while ensuring safety and quality are always top of mind.
• Variety Every Day: Use a range of equipment manual, automatic, semi-automatic, and more to get the job done efficiently and safely.
• Opportunities to Grow: As you gain expertise, you can level up through five different stages of the role, with increasing responsibilities and technical know-how.

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating production machinery - bonus points if you've worked with powder coating before!
• A solid understanding of health and safety protocols keeping everyone safe is key!
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and stay active on your feet for extended periods. A fun way to get your steps in.
• One valid reference who can speak to your work ethic and reliability.
• Great communication skills both verbal and written so you can connect with your teammates.
