About the Role

As our 3IC, you'll be the glue that keeps things running smoothly. You'll be working hand-in-hand with the Assistant and Branch Managers to ensure the store's a well-oiled machine. Your mission? Keep the wheels turning, the team motivated, and the customers blown away by the legendary Hallensteins service.

You'll be involved in everything—managing store operations, helping your team hit those sales targets, and making sure every part of the store looks sharp. From stock control and visual merchandising to making sure the shop floor is always looking its best, you'll be a key player in delivering the ultimate shopping experience.

About You

You've got retail experience and are hungry for more. You've already shown you know how to lead and inspire, and now you're ready to take that next step. Your passion for customer service is clear—you know how to make people feel welcome, valued, and excited to shop with us.
