Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Partner to support our Partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This support will have a credit focus with an emphasis on strong credit writing capability and portfolio risk monitoring.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Kumeu.
What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Credit writing, completing annual reviews, covenant testing
- Proactive management of the partners portfolios with the goal of maximising revenue opportunities
- Assisting with general customer enquiries and onboarding of new clients
- Analysing customer financial accounts and credit proposals
- Identify needs for the Bank's products and services
What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?
You'll have experience in financial modelling, credit writing and business banking, however we are also keen to hear from those that are experienced Bankers with complex lending experience. You'll demonstrate strong administration and technical skills, but also bring a customer focused attitude and a true talent for building long-term relationships. A sound understanding of banking principles and document preparation will be a distinct advantage, but most importantly, you'll be a driven individual, a real team player, with the ability to build an effective operating rhythm within our busy environment. A natural problem solver, you'll be able to adopt through changes and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
