The Opportunity
Are you passionate about risk management and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Business Partner to join a purpose-led financial services organisation. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in ensuring the organisation stays ahead of the curve in managing and mitigating risk. As a true Risk Business Partner, you’ll be part of a dedicated team that provides independent advice, insightful reporting, and constructive challenges to enhance decision-making across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll work closely with business units across the organisation and your day-to-day will involve:

• Supporting the organisation and Board with enterprise (non-financial) risk reporting.
• Partnering with different teams to ensure they manage risks effectively.
• Implementing and continuously improving the risk management framework.
• Leading the planning, execution, and ongoing management of a control assurance programme.
• Helping teams review their risk registers and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Driving a risk-aware culture, where ownership and effective risk management thrive.
• Ensuring that all risk-related policies and procedures are up-to-date and operating efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in risk management within financial services. You should be someone who:

• Has excellent relationship-building skills and can engage stakeholders at all levels with confidence and diplomacy.
• Is comfortable making judgement calls in the face of the unknown.
• Knows how to plan and execute projects with precision, while keeping a clear eye on details.
• Can think critically and provide insights that drive better decision-making.
• Takes a collaborative approach to work and is committed to fostering a positive, risk-aware culture.
