Role Purpose:
As a Product Owner, you will be the “voice of our customers,” championing user experience and driving the vision for digital products. You’ll develop strategies, design product roadmaps, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional customer value. We would love to hear about your Salesforce CRM experience, and ideally you also have data cloud and/or marketing cloud experience too for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Innovation: Collaborate with customers to develop product strategies, evaluate trends, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps.
- Commercial Management: Maintain vendor relationships, manage budgets, and ensure accountability for deadlines and outcomes.
- Advocacy: Champion products, driving user adoption and staying updated on digital trends.
- Execution: Lead product roadmap delivery, working with development teams to ensure clarity and value.
- Communication & Relationships: Foster positive relationships, manage conflicts, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information, Communication, Business, Technology, or similar (desirable).
- Minimum 4 years in IT or professional services, with proven experience in enterprise solutions and stakeholder relations.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (ideal)
- Experience with data cloud, ideally marketing cloud experience
- Experience in agile project management and system integration.
