Job Description

About Our Client

Our client understands that companies face significant challenges when it comes to debt recovery. Many lack the time, skillsets, or processes to ensure smooth, positive outcomes. That’s where they come in. Taking a holistic approach to debt management, they help businesses enhance financial outcomes, protect their brand reputation, and mitigate regulatory risks, all while maintaining a strong commitment to socially responsible processes.

Their innovative model includes purchasing bad debt for an agreed percentage, providing businesses with immediate financial certainty. They then take a long-term view of recovery, ensuring customers are treated fairly and ethically while delivering effective results. By integrating seamlessly into their clients’ systems, they help transform credit processes and ensure at-risk customers are managed with empathy, respect, and trust.

Why Apply?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and supportive team in the financial and legal investigation sector. Our client offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, as well as opportunities for career growth. If you’re looking for a challenging yet rewarding role where your efforts directly contribute to business success, this could be the perfect fit for you.

About the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Your ability to analyse information, solve problems, and manage workloads efficiently will be key to meeting business objectives. While experience in debt collection, tracing, or skip tracing is advantageous, it is not essential.
