Administrative Coordinator
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part-time administrative position within an architectural design firm located in Palmerston North. In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Focused on delivering exceptional client service.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Creative and resourceful, with strong design skills, common sense, and high initiative.
- Approachable and adaptable, maintaining a "can-do" attitude.
- Flexible and open to adjusting as needed in a dynamic role.
- Professionally presented with a polished and professional demeanour.
- Working collaboratively with the team and reporting directly to the director.
- Available to occasionally work extra hours when required
Days + Hours
- 9 am - 2 pm
- Monday to Friday
- 20/25 hours a week.
Required Attributes
- Minimum Level 2 in NCEA Numeracy and Literacy
- Proven experience in Xero, Workflow Max is preferred
- Experience using architectural/ design software is beneficial
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
