ABOUT THE ROLE

The Operations Controller of Record and Imaging Service, oversees related operational activities of the TIMG Manawatu/Whanganui branch, ensuring efficient operational processes, adherence to service standards, and client satisfaction. Manage team performance, training, and resource allocation. Maintain high standards for facilities, fleet, and equipment, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols. Foster a positive team culture and achieve operational objectives effectively.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring all operational tasks are executed to the highest standards with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously reviewing service levels and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Monitoring and following established systems and processes, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Leading and motivating team members through excellent communication, feedback, and coaching.
  • Managing media, archive, and imaging processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to clients.
  • Responding promptly to customer queries.
  • Overseeing cleaning rosters and participating to maintain a well-organized work environment.
  • Proactively identifying process improvements and suggesting solutions to the Operations Manager to optimize time, revenue, and profit.
  • Ensuring all scheduled and urgent deliveries are completed to a 100% standard.
  • Addressing potential staffing challenges by notifying the Branch Manager promptly.
  • Embracing additional duties as required to meet the organisation’s objectives.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to machine maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency.
