Job Description
Team Leader
Our client is in need of a team of superstar Team Leader to lead their team of cleaners in the Dunedin area.
This permanent role is will involve leading a team of cleaners to perform their roles to the highest of standards. Hours of work is expected to be between the hours of 6pm to 2am, across 6 nights. There is flexibility on the days of the week. Will involve the preparation and managing of rosters, ordering supplies, checking of equipment, site clean audits, regular liaison with the employer on outcomes and site requirements as well as get involved with the physical cleaning as and when required to get the job done.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team to follow exacting standards
- Reliability is a must
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures
- Cleaning and team leading experience ideal, however not necessary as client will provide training on requirements.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop
On offer:
- $30-32 per hour depending on experience
- Full Equipment and PPE provided
- Ongoing and consistent support from the employer
