We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team in the dynamic role of Duty Manager, at Millennium Hotel Rotorua.

About the role:
As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the overall operations of the Front Desk, while liaising with all hotel outlets to ensure a smooth and, efficient service for all guests. Maintaining a focused & high level of customer service is paramount.
You can pride yourself on your excellent communication skills, your ability to stay calm under pressure, and your ability to solve problems effectively. Guest comfort and safety are our top priorities, as is promoting outstanding service experiences at all times.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2-3 years of hotel front office Duty Manager experience, or 3+ years of hotel receptionist / front office (or similar) experience.
- Management or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- LCQ, GM, and First Aid Certificates are recommended.
Details:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts
- Competitive pay range of $27 - $31 per hour
