We are seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Operators / Production Workers to join a leading cardboard manufacturing company. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with strong career growth potential.

About the Role

• As a Forklift Operator & Production Worker, you will:
• Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse
• Monitor and operate production machinery
• Move, pack, and prepare finished products
• Work collaboratively to prevent and resolve production issues

What We're Looking For

• Long-term interest in production work
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and factory environments
• Forklift experience (preferred) - must be confident in maneuvering products
• Ability to pass a drug test and MOJ check
• Previous production experience is a plus but not required

Days & Hours
Monday to Friday
AM Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
PM Shift: 2:20 PM - 10:20 PM
Overtime available after training, including extra weekday and weekend hours
