Bayleys Ponsonby is seeking an experienced real estate PA with a strong administration background to work alongside a high-achieving, results-driven residential sales consultant.

This role is very much a PA role however a big part of the success of this business is driven through marketing and providing exceptional customer service to an extensive database of clients, managing the campaigns ensuring that every little detail is taken care of. The role is very busy, multitasking and juggling priorities is a regular occurrence. Bayleys has lots of systems and processes in place and a great CRM system (Property Suite) that allows you to keep track of everything, and training will be provided.

To assist the salesperson, you will:

  • Prepare submission documents then follow the process which involves organising signage, advertising, photography
  • Work closely with the salesperson to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and the buyers and vendors are communicated with regularly and professionally
  • Ensure material is ready for open homes
  • Vendor reporting
  • Social media and personal promotion marketing
  • Use the CRM system to manage campaigns
  • Be prepared for the unexpected and thrive in an environment that is fast-paced.


This role will appeal to someone who has great computer skills and who likes to be super organized to allow this top-performing sales consultant to keep going without having to worry about any of the administration, which is critical to the success of his business.
